CONTROLEER/CHECK
Controleer voor u op verzenden klikt de door u ingevulde gegevens. Zodra u op de knop verzenden klikt wordt uw inschrijving verzonden. De melding dat de inschrijving verzonden is, komt in beeld. Krijgt u dit niet, dan kan het zijn dat niet alle verplichte velden zijn ingevuld. Die velden zijn dan aangegeven in rood. Verbeter de velden en klik opnieuw op verzenden.

CAPTCHA
Aan het formulier is een CAPTCHA toegevoegd om te voorkomen dat wij en u SPAM via het formulier ontvangen. Komt de inschrijving van een IP-adres waaraan getwijfeld wordt (door de automatische CAPTCHA) krijgt u in beeld dat het formulier niet verzonden kan worden. Probeer gewoon nog eens op de verzendknop te klikken, meestal lukt het de tweede keer wel. Let op! De door u ingevulde gegevens blijven in beeld tenzij u het programma afsluit.
An CAPTCHA has been added to the form to prevent us and you from receiving SPAM via the form. When registering from an IP address that is in doubt (by the automatic CAPTCHA) you will see that the form cannot be sent, try again and most of the time the second time it will work. Pay attention! The data entered by you will remain visible unless you close the program.
BETALING
Betaling en inschrijving dienen op hetzelfde moment te worden geregeld.

Wij verzoeken u het stamboomnummer en/of het referentienummer wat u binnen 72 uur van het secretariaat per e-mail zult ontvangen bij uw betaling te vermelden.
Wordt uw betaling ontvangen na 12 augustus 2019, dan wordt € 10.00 per hond extra in rekening gebracht en de korting voor 2 shows vervalt. Bij betaling op de tentoonstelling wordt € 15.00 per hond extra in rekening gebracht en de korting voor 2 shows vervalt. Betalingen die op onze rekening worden bijgeschreven na 20 augustus 2019 worden beschouwd als niet ontvangen en zullen na de tentoonstelling worden terugbetaald.
PAYMENT
Payment and entry should be done at the same moment to

We kindly ask you to mention the pedigree number of the dog (or the reference number you will receive from the secretary within 72 hours after receipt of your entry).
Payments received after 12th August 2019, a surplus of € 10.00 per dog/per show will be added for administration purposes and the discount for 2 shows expires. For payments at the show we will charge € 15.00 extra per dog (handlings fee) and the discount for 2 shows expires. Payments credited to our account after August 20, 2019 are considered NOT RECEIVED and will be refunded after the exhibition.
WAT ER VOLGT:
Kort na verzending ontvangt u automatisch een kopie van uw inschrijving.
Daarna ontvangt u van het secretariaat – binnen 72 uur – nogmaals een bevestiging van ontvangst met een referentienummer/ontvangstnummer. Nadat uw inschrijving in onze administratie is verwerkt ontvangt u nogmaals een e-mail van ons met de data van de inschrijving. Wij vragen u nogmaals deze te controleren om zoveel mogelijk fouten uit te sluiten.
Ca. 10 dagen voor de show ontvangt u per e-mail uw “bewijs van inschrijving” met daarop meer informatie, zoals catalogus, ringnummer en een richtlijn voor de tijd dat het ras gekeurd wordt (09:30 als het ras in de ochtend begint en 12:00 als het ras in de middag wordt gekeurd). Deze e-mail is tevens uw toegangsbewijs.
WHAT WILL FOLLOW:
Shortly after submitting you will automatically receive a copy of your entry form as sent.
Within 72 hours you will receive another confirmation of receipt from the secretary with a reference number / receipt number. After your registration has been processed in our administration you will receive another e-mail from us with the registration dates. We again ask you to check all data in order to get it as correct as possible.
Ca. 10 days before the show you will receive your “proof of registration” by e-mail with more information, such as catalog number, ring number and an estimate for the time the breed will be judged (9:30 am if the breed starts in the morning and 12:00 if the breed is judged in the afternoon). This e-mail is also your admission ticket.
